Become a Vendor…

We are now accepting applications to be a vendor at the Hershey New Year’s Eve celebration.

This is the process to become a vendor:

  1. Complete the form below by December 15, 2025.

  2. Receive notice of provisional approval from the Hershey New Year’s Eve Committee.

  3. Obtain the appropriate permit from the Derry Township Police Department. (View more information about the process.)

    1. Food Truck/Fixed Location application OR Retail Merchants application

    2. Individual application for every employee

  4. Receive final approval from the Hershey New Year’s Eve Committee, including space assignment.

Vendors must arrive to Hershey Theater parking lot (on Caracas) by 7:15 pm on December 31. They should plan to be open for business from 8:00 pm to midnight. More information will be provided to selected vendors.
